After earning her BSN from Boston College in 2009, Elise worked in the adult inpatient heme-onc floor at Georgetown University Hospital. Following her passion for advanced practice, she completed her MSN at UNC-Chapel Hill in 2014, specializing as an Family Nurse Practitioner.

Elise is a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner who finds joy in the diversity of patients she encounters in the primary care setting. With a passion for building meaningful relationships and a keen interest in the intersection of mental and physical health, she brings a holistic approach to her practice. Elise is known for her LGBTQ+ friendly attitude and her expertise in supporting patients with a history of or current struggles with eating disorder behaviors.

Elise lives in Durham with her husband, two children and dog. She enjoys coffee, a good audiobook and outdoor activities.
